This report marks the first formal insights report undertaken by The Pacific Business Hub, capturing seven years of work supporting Pacific businesses from 2019 to 2026.
Drawing on data from 96 Pacific business owners and 17 in-depth interviews, it provides a grounded view of the realities, challenges, and progress within the Pacific business community. The findings highlight the impact of culturally grounded, relationship-based, and practical support, showing clear improvements in business confidence, sustainability, and growth.
